Any peeps in Europe a seller on eBay has a few perfection Tombstones just missing the battery cover.
Just scored one with box just missing the battery cover for £95 shipped.

I might be as dense as brick here, but I'm hoping someone can help me out.

I have the SS Beetlejuice and Caine Productions head, but I'm not sure how to attach it. I got what I thought was the right adapter, which doesn't appear to work, and then one that Caine recommended, which I literally see no way to come even close to attaching. It looks like maybe I need to take the neck off the figure, but I want to make sure I 1) know exactly what I am doing before I go yanking things off and 2) have the correct adapter. Pics below in the spoiler to show what I have to work with. The red highlight shows the adapter Caine recommended.

You need to take the neck off the body. Then take the peg you have squared up and attach it to the body. Then place the headsculpt on the top of that. You could glue it, but blu tac works just as well and is far less permanent.

Thanks. Can I just pull straight up on the neck (I was going to plan to heat it a bit with hair dryer first) or do I need to do anything specific to get it out without damaging the figure?

I was pretty critical of this when it was first revealed (like many others), but now that time has passed from the initial disappointment and I have seen many in-hand pictures, I have decided to pick one up. High-end Beetlejuice stuff is few and far between, the clothing and paint work look to be pretty nice for the most part... and while the expression they chose is pretty awful, the likeness to Keaton is actually pretty strong from what I can tell.

Mine is on the way now. I figured go ahead and snag him while the price is still right around original retail. I could see it becoming a sleeper hit just due to the license alone in the years to come.
