Sideshow 1/6 Commander Wolffe

I meant Ganch for the last good Commander. I passed on Fox for obvious reasons and was not happy with Bacara at all. Hes pretty much one of my faves out of the commanders and he sits in his box cause I think he just looks weird, passed on Neyo because well, I probably wouldn't buy a biker scout without a bike either.

Wolffe looks jacked and ready to kick *** though. very excited.

Ya I do not own bacara and neyo for the same reasons.

Ah, I thought it was a video of the figure from pre-production images since that's what's depicted in the video caption.
The wide-eyed look on the head though is difficult to like. He needs more of the upper eyelid to cover the top of his iris. The cybernetic eye head is a bit better looking. Maybe the eye positioning can be adjusted once it's in hand. I doubt I'll ever display it without a helmet though.

Yeah, I think hes got some proptosis, which sucks because the heads look great otherwise.

Appreciate seeing the video. It's not re-selling it to me though (I canceled -too much stuff at once right now, something had to give)...maybe it's the bright lighting , but...wasn't digging either portrait. And the detailing wasn't quite up there with what the proto was presenting either. Agree about the eyes...first thing I thought of looking at both heads was of that Balok puppet from "Star Trek: OTS " (The Corbomite Maneuver)...poor guy looks like he's in a permanent state of shock. And...wasn't ths supposed to be a new method of paint apps for SS? I don't know....maybe it's just the video but...wasn't too hot looking there...

I sure hope some folks post some "in hand" images of this one soon....I don't want to write him off based on one over-lit video review...c'mon someone, post some new shots and prove me wrong!

Cobra Commander has the same multi part head technique on his hood head that they used on Wolffe, and the eyes look great there from the few images I've seen.
Maybe the expression on Wolffe was intentional.

The whole concept of this particular clone head (the scaring, the eye) was making the idea of displaying him without the helmet a good one....but not if the head(s) are looking as bad as that video makes them look....

No it's not just you mate. Mine is almost here so I'm hoping its awesome as I want to display it without the helmets. Fingers crossed because the proto was superb. SSC better be matching the proto or I'll be cutting down what I buy.

I just picked up mine this morning. I'm sure it's fine with the same quality as the other clones (which I thought was pretty good overall). I can't unbox him because I'm in the process of moving and need to put it in storage for a while.
