That hat looks good, Ebeneezer. So that's NOT the hat it came with? And what is the "MJ" fedora?

Not the hat it comes with, but again the hat it comes with is not that bad really. Still looks pretty great with the original hat. Just got to squash it about a bit.

MJ Fedora is the hat that came with the MJ sculpt. A tad too small for the MJ sculpt itself, but i think it works perfect on this sculpt. I have a couple spare, so why not.

It's just a shame that you have to make all these modifications in order to make it look decent. I was hoping to use the figure as a 'generic' Indy by basically just throwing a jacket on it, but my disappointment in the final product has meant I've had to go the custom route, which I didn't really want to do. You shouldn't have to make radical changes to a figure that costs $230 to make it look acceptable.

Only my opinion, but you can just water treat the clothes, and it's still a great figure. It's definitely the best painted head Sideshow has ever released. I almost fell off the floor when i saw it. If they continue down this road, then their figures are only about $30 - $40 overpriced.

How are the overall joints on him, are they flimsy like g.i.joes of the past or more solid like the SSC batman

Again, pretty impressed with the body. Tight joints. Might lower the head sculpt on the neck, but that's pretty simple, so all in all i'm pleased with this one. Might have to get another.

To be fair, overall it looks pretty decent here. Unfortunately, it suffers the same drawback as the dx05 where the headsculpt makes it look like Ford's stunt double.

I think it is a pretty cool figure. Very happy with it.

I think this one looks better sculpt/likeness wise. Curious to see the paint job in hand. I may try to secure a hat and wait for this to get some kind of discount.
