I was going to say the tailoring of the sleeves looks too loose and bunchy until I checked a screenshot and it actually looks pretty accurate. I wish more palace figs were incoming. Still praying for Slave Leia at least.

Would be instant buy when Slave Leia would be made. For now I have chosen to 3D print and paint it, because I don't think it will ever happen now Disney is in charge.

I finally had a chance to unbox him. Looking forward to futzing/modding him a bit. Overall, very solid figure. Leather appears fine on mine. He is a great addition to the collection.

Finally cracked mine open today. Looks great. Not a fan of the unhelmeted head. Would love to see the HT Lando sculpt on this.

Nice pic, I was watching a youtube by Justins collectibles, that said HT Lando has a fixed neck? So it seems there won't be too many loose headsculpts out there once he ships.
Would love to hear some sort of confirmation on this, I'm sure many on here were thinking about the swap!

I mentioned this a while back.

You could do a body swap, but yeah, it'll complicate things. Once you do the body swap to a body without a neck you could swap in the HT head and then the helmeted head (with a neck attachment), but those kinda plans don't always work perfectly given that you'd need to track down a dark neck to go with the helmeted sculpt and have the body work well with both options.

Seems like more work than it's worth since the helmeted option is likely preferred for most.

This figure has really grown in me. With the helmet on, he looks great. It was also nice to get a figure we haven?t had yet, it isn?t just another trooper or rehash. I?d love to get a bespin han someday and remove the jacket to make Han and Luke as jabbas prisoners, with lando beside them.

I know I'm being selfish,but I really wish they'd get back to making some OT figures.
Bespin Han or even a Dlx Han Bespin/Jedi hybrid is sorely needed.

Yeah that body is waaay too buff for Lando.

Way too buff for pretty much everything they used it for - TIE Pilot, ATAT driver, etc. I've found it to be a somewhat fragile body too in terms of pins and swivels breaking.

For me, anything Jabba's Palace related would be great. Max Rebo with band would be awesome as would a gamorrean guard!

This Sideshow release is great for me as Hot Toys doesn't seem to make them. This might be due to the license Sideshow has (had?).

Maybe when RotJ has the 40th anniversary Hot Toys will make some interesting items in this range.

Lando was an expensive figure for what you get, near the 400 mark for us down under. If we keep seeing a rise in prices, product will sit still on their shelves.
I can literally count the remaining figures on my radar on one hand and then, me and my display space available, are Done!

Yes, prices are insane already, I have applied the brakes in ordering too as my display space is running out and the prices are getting way too high.

I think that Sideshow is in luck the helmet display of Lando looks good (at least to me it does).

Still the price, for Sideshow and thus for what you get is high.
