They basically gave him 5 fingers as opposed to the thumb being in the correct position. Like, where a thumb is actually supposed to be...

Then told all that bought it it was not a mistake, but a production change. They even changed all the pics on their website..

Other than that, great figure... At least for me it is.

I'm a bit sceptical especially after the new "improved" paint job on IG-88 v2. Hope I'm wrong. And they remove that horrible seam in the dome for which here was no excuse whatsoever.

Gosh, I forgot about this, he was delayed a number of times too! I returned IG-88 2.0, I was really disappointed. I kept Bossk 2.0. Hopefully this is an actual improvement. I expect to have this on Tuesday of next week.

Definitely. He’s being delivered to me at work, I should be able to take some pics right away. I’m so impatient I paid for 2 day shipping (I’m on the east coast) so that I’ll have it early next week.

I have all the R2s done before and am seriously surprised they didn't do color variants on them past the prototype and two Imperial versions. I'm interested to see if this kicks off more droids and whether or not the new one looks improved compared to the old.

Good morning. I have to jump on a call but he is here and he is definitely repainted. Still a bit flimsy with regards to the panels but having seen the original release in person this is a big improvement paint wise.
