It came out looking amazing and I'm a huge fan of Adam Hughes but I think I'm gonna hold off for the PF, if it even gets made that is. Also the price is kinda surprising. I know the base is pretty elaborate but $250 still seems kinda steep for a Comiquette. I was expecting a price more around the area of the AH Marvel Comiquettes.

agreed. I don't think the face is quite dead on Croft either.

I have the PF, which I happen to love, and the 12" which I happen to dislike very much. But having both I really want to have this too to add. ANNDD it comes out for pre-order on my bday. Sweet!

Why don't you like the 12"? I was thinking about maybe getting that one.

The extremely detailed base. And I don't buy statues for the overly detailed base...it's a freakin' base. Heck the base is almost more of a focal point than the figure in this one..which I think is weak.

Obviously someone at Sideshow believes that even at a $259 price point this thing will still sell very well. Will there be some folks who elect not to purchase it at this price...sure. There are a ton of Lara Croft fans out there.

The finally statue came out really nice. The price is a bit much. I was planning on getting this but the price may have pushed me from getting her. The print is really nice too.
