I know, we will see what they say to my response, I asked if they could somehow split the WL order up or if one would convert would the other be on a separate WL order by itself.

That is just a stupid system if it causes you to lose one or the other.

I am sorry, but there is no way to divide up the wait list reservation after it already exists. Hopefully, if your wait list converts, we will have both items available for you.

i dont know if i was ahead of anybody on the WL, but i cancelled my reservation. I may or may not just pick up the reg down the road, i have way too many prints that need to be framed right now, dont want another one to add to the pile

I flexed my Mystique. I had too many things coming at once but didn't want to lose her. My friend is getting worried because she hasn't received her shipping notice yet.

When you go to cancel an order, it will ask if you want to try and flexpay it. But I'm not totally sure how it works. Ski knows. Its probably best to call them.

You go to the item and click you want to cancel it. Before it will let you cancel it will bring you to a new page that asks if you want to be contacted about flex payment. Click on it and it will send your request to the flex department and they will get back to you with a plan. You'll need to respond to the e-mail they send saying you agree to the flex pay terms. It took them almost a week to get back to me, so be patient. The plan they have available is two payments of $88, which isn't bad.
