this article talks about this subject; imo for 400 bucks, id go ps4 all day, lets not forget ps4 exclusives (uncharted, maybe a last of us sequel down the line) that I wouldn't wanna miss out on.

Since gadgets are such a big part of this game, I hope that the PF will come with many switch out weapons, and not just for the exclusive.

I think, and some ine can correct me, they announced Asylum and City as the license. I don't think they mentioned Origins or any future games.

However since I'm reading every article thats being typed for the new game they say you start the nee game in the Arkham city suit and upgrade as you go so If they did a City PF I guess they could just tie it into both.

Ok so they are bound to be similar. But after seeing the CG trailer it looks like Harley is going to have her 3rd look from the rocksteady trilogy

I agree that most of what he said doesn't hold any weight with pc. But what Josh said is totally true. When it comes to console vs pc it is pretty much the same bs as marvel vs dc. Just not worth fighting about. Only purists of either genre start ****. Why not just welcome what both bring to the table. Overall pc can do some stuff the console can't and put a minimal difference in graphics displayed. Games are made to console specs since that is where the money is. So the minute difference the PC can make doesn't really change the experience that much. So you might as well save money and spend it on more statues.

Why? A decent graphics card alone is going to cost you $250, not to mention the rest of "hooking it up". I'll stick with console gaming and leave my PC for interwebz and working.

Well, I rather have only very good looking graphics and games like the last of us, uncharted, heavy rain and other console exclusives instead of only PC games (which come out on console anyway) and great looking graphics. You can talk all you want about your rig, but I haven't see a game look as good as Last of Us on PC yet (I am talking design and art direction, which is way more important that raw graphical power).
So, yeah. Your loss, i think.

Edit: oops, not your loss! You own consoles as well, as I have just read, so you don't miss out on anything^^ All right, IF you actually can/want spend that much money on games, PC is the way to go. I was talking about what it looks like when you can only have one or the other.
For me PC is too complicated and to costly. I love games, but that graphic difference is not enough for me to buy a PC. I stay on my ps4.


But back to topic. I can't wait for this thing! Unreal 4, I guess.

Anyway since im too lazy to read all 15 pages, have they said what kind of collectibles these are? PF? FIGS?

I'm bumping this up as I was doing some research on this line and:

Alex - any further news on the Arkham license? I know Igo said they were statues, then you said they were 1/6...any concrete info?

The line is starting off in the PF realm. Sixth Scale may follow at some point in the future.

So there it is. Its going to be PF. There was some debate at one time that the statues would be a smaller scale statue, but they are going to be 1/4.

Yeah, Igo confirmed over at SF that they were releasing PFs and figures in this line. However, he also said there would only be a couple of PF in the Arkham line. He told us to expect about 3 or 4 PFs. Hopefully, they'll be a huge success and more will follow. For now though, SSC has only a few pieces on their drawing board.

Well, if they stick to their guns and only make the 3 they originally planed, then I would imagine one of the 2 will be out. Obviously SSC will make an Arkham Bats PF. I can't imagine that they wouldn't make an Arkham Joker to go along with him. That only leaves one more PF. Catwoman or Harley. Of course, they could throw us a curve ball and skip both of them for another character.
