I don't know if any of you have checked your points today but this is what it says at my account
Routine Customer Reward Points Audit

Sideshow Collectibles is in the process of conducting a routine Reward Point audit for all customer accounts. During this timeframe, we review all orders and accounts to ensure that you are getting the points you deserve. As a result of this audit, you may see an adjustment in your point total, both pending and active. We thank you for your patience as we conduct this audit. Should you have further questions, please feel free to contact Customer Service through our Customer Service Request Form.


Currently I have lost 800 or so points from yesterday. I have sent my concern to customer service and hope they are fixed. I know I have purchased a lot since May 2006 and don't want to loose any points.
 
I noticed your post in the "Ask Sideshow" section, so far so good for me - I am sorry to hear about those who have lost points inexplicably. :eek:

I wasn't sure if anyone else noticed it so I thought I should make a separate thread.

Most definately, that thread about getting your points credited.
 
I must have had a lot of points that shouldn't have been there. I went from 1381 accured points to 518.
 
wow I seem to be in the minority.
Mine actually fixed my problem with my Classic Spidey and increased my points.

good luck to you guys getting your points straightened out

I am hoping this is just temporary until they finish the audit.
If my amount does not go back up I will ask for details.

I was planning on a PF once all of my points kick in so that is why
I don't want to loose any. I have 0 PF's right now.

Yeah, I am planning on using mine on the next LOTR PF as well.
 
Heh, just checked my points and noticed that my GTW statue that I got back in november is still listed as ordered and the points a still pending. I also used points to order something and then cancelled that order. I wonder if those points will be restored to available status?
 
I'm down to 359 from over a thousand. I couldn't explain why I had over a thousand, but if they are gone now I'll be sad I didn't use them :monkey2
 
I wish there was a straight forward way to add the points.I hope all of this is cleared up soon. If there has been a mistake I think a lot of us are effected.
 
I just lost a thousand points! Should have ordered something when I had the chance instead of trying to save it up, as I just lost fifty bucks.
 
I hope the ptb at SS realize I did not create this thread to be difficult.
I just hope everything is cleared up and explained if there was a
technical glitch. :eek:

re u sure they woulda honored all the points? my guess is they woulda caught the mistake and corrected it.
