This is true. I kind of sounded like I regret not having spent points that were given me in error. I don't actually want to cheat the system--just the points I have actually earned are enough for me.

Crap! I lost about 2000 points!!! I really don't mind losing them if it was truly an error, but to think you had so many points and then have them taken away really sucks.
 
My available points when up and my pending went down... I had some stuff I ordered from spooktacular that never went into the available, until now. :rock

I know what you mean. I could have/would have used my 1000 points I lost to go to the Terminator exclusive that just went in stock :monkey2 Oh well. Never could explain why they were there in the first place.
 
i've ordered a ton of stuff and have still just lost 425 points, come on Sideshow, whats happening here?

My points difference has been cleared up.
Three items were given incorrect amounts for points
adding up to 798 when it should have been 143 points.
 
I cant wait to throw my points at that SSE Bride of Frank.

Well I had used some points, so now I'm listed as in the negative. And the one transaction I had a question about which is listed as "Shipping Soon" though I received it in June, has remained unchanged.
 
I think Sideshow should do something about the turn-around time for being able to use these points.

I mean 40 days is a LONG time.And people want to use these points on pre-orders and stuff but can't because they have to end up waiting so long.

And by the time they can, it's likely that the pre-orders are sold out!

You have 30 days to return something. They have to do this or people would order an item, get points, use them, return the item they got points for.
