Not a bad move. I believe Prime's Cap is gonna be 1/4 scale to boot.

Yeah, I really need a good Cap in my collection and Iron Man and Thor are "nice to haves" for me but not must haves. Hoping P1 has an update in the next couple weeks.

I purchased this line...I think it is great. Can not wait to put them all together right under the TV..at this point I am not a display case guy so the different sizes work perfect for me. I probably would not buy a Captain, Iron Man, Thor on their own in 1/3 due to price so throw in the Hulk and this is a killer combo.

I have a bunch of DC statues from their produced line that I bought for my kids as we played the Arkham video games so those are getting redirected to the kids rooms when these come in...all but Harley...she stays with me.

My 1/3 purchases will get placed in various parts of my main room..Batman, Harley(due in Monday), Joker, Scarecrow and Venom....

I am having seconds thoughts on it as well, well getting all 4 at least. I am can live with the fact that they are 1/5 scale, I just can't deal with not having the classic portraits for cap and thor. I will order the hulk regardless since I love that big guy and I have iron man coming in, since I don't really care about the ex on this one. I just wished they would have made these without an ex version since I prefer to see thor with the classic helmet as well as cap. I guess that's life....meh

Now that I see the print, I wonder if this is a hint that they plan on releasing all of these guys as part of the avengers assemble line. SS does like to throw out hints like that, I mean they haven't really said anything so its a long shot

I feel the same way. I feel like this is pretty uninspired and feels like a separate piece from the core line. Split the 4 Avengers we paid for into 2 portraits. Pass. I understand you can buy them together but this seems very pricey for a very mediocre piece.

Im gonna be in the minority and say i prefer this line better. I like how they are bright and with action poses. Im not a big fan on museum poses.

Yeah I had a few days to think it over and I don't believe I am getting this, I agree completely Alex Ross prints are just awesome. I didn't manage to get the superman and cap combo that came out but i have all the other 3. So far the Iron man is my favorite of them, so original

Not to criticize the artist but I feel like some of the characters seem to be a bit off, their look does not seem right for some reason.
