They are sending mine out either today or tomorrow. The person I was dealing with at SS was sick apparently. I'm hoping mine isn't bad after all of this. What's wrong with yours? Do you think most of them suck?

Wait, you got a replacement and they said they won't replace the garbage replacement? It's a shame how bad these head sculpts are. I'm sure I'm going to be annoyed with my replacement too.

I'm confused how their policy works. If I destroy the old one they won't replace the replacement if it's bad? Or if I return the replacement will they give me a replacement?

That's such crap. I really have a bad feeling about my replacement now. They said they had a replacement but the process has been taking a long time and I still don't have shipping info.

I thought they made you destroy them when you get the replacement. They are probably waiting for yours to get back to send it to me haha

I might even look into finding someone to repaint it locally. I just need to find someone that will do it.
