What a beast. I mean, sure, we all use that term loosely in this hobby, but that's what this figure is: A real BEAST.

He looks so good next to Arkham Asylum Batman, too.

Agree! That's how I have them displayed too. an unintended but perfect pairing IMO. The Arkham Asylum Bat is a bit larger than 1/4 IMO, but Bane is so HUGE they display well together.

It's definitely the lighting. Mine doesn't look anywhere near that reddish in skin tone. I think the pics still look great though.

Exactly. My EX doesn't look that red either.

I have this guy, not shabby but still could have had more details. The EX was as good as it can get though. My vote for SS statue of the year would be the leopard girl. she was way, way under rated. Or the super detailed red Sonja by Harbottle!

With all the DC PFs announced being a revisit of characters that have already been given the PF treatment, I'm very happy that Sideshow's already made this figure as he's my favorite Batman villain -- and Sideshow made it phenomenal on take one

What details are you looking for? IMO Sideshow's already given Bane -- whose original design is very simple, in fact: combat boots, pants, luchador mask and deep-cut tank top -- all the NECESSARY details they could give to make it more modern and appealing without losing the spirit of the classic.

I have the EX and it looks real nice. However, I only display the REG portrait because that screams classic Bane to me. IMO, all you need is the REG PF. It's a great looking statue.

the sculpt and presence of this piece is undeniable. If you don't have it then pick up the reg, 100% worth it IMO.

While the EX sure is nice, the Regular head makes this figure the Bane that you need
