Is the foot completely flush with the base on yours or is there a gap?

Sorry man. I don't mean to be an a$$. That's just the first thing that came to mind when I saw that.
I find that unacceptable.
I honestly, would take a file, & slowly & ever so carefully start shaving off a little at a time (with very frequent checks) just enough, of that foot peg, to get it to sit properly into that slot. It doesn't look like it'd take a lot.
You could also contact SS for a replacement, either base or figure, as well.

lol it's okay. I would ask for a replacement but if most people on this board say that the have the same issue then chances are the replacement will have this problem again. I may try the file thing.

After messing with it for a bit and trying to wiggle it and push it down further, I was able to minimize the gap substantially but it's definitely still there.

Thanks for letting us know. I guess perfect ones do exist. Hmm.... Should I ask for a replacement....? There's literally nothing else wrong with mine so I'd hate to send it back.

I like V2 Boba Fett a lot, but I hate how big the base is and how it doesn't match most other statues basis. It just looks a bit out of place among other lower basis.

The skinny legs doesn`t bother me that much, have to see for myself. The gap between the armors on the other hand, is really annoying. How did they let this pass (thought they fixed it, as discussed in previoulsy posts)? They released Fett a couple of years ago with armor correct, and then now soon after, they do this....what gives, what the f### gives....

With the help of my Buddha Homer, I unboxed the new Sideshow Collectibles Boba Fett (ROTJ) version.

First impressions:

It's an awesome statue but some there are some negatives. Negatives: Not having a hole in the cape to put the peg in. The chest armor looks off for some reason. Grenade launcher rubs against his gauntlet when you switch out his hands.
Positives: Helmet is not plastic and is pretty heavy. Great paint app on the helmet too. Magnets are very strong! Quality materials used for the outfit. Cool looking pose.

Hope you guys enjoy the video! Help me get to my goal of a 100 subs before the year ends.. Thanks for taking the time in watching my video!

Just in case others missed it as well, I did find a very small hole for the cape in one of the four corners. I almost missed it as well. I agree with your other positives and negatives though. Yah I couldn't find the small hole for the cape. I looked under a light and used my phone zoom as a magnifier. Not sure anyone else has a problem. I agree great statue in person.
