I'm surprised, and then I'm not surprised at the same time.

On this board at least this statue seems to be getting about the same amount of love that movie related pieces do. And for a 'comic' piece that's fairly low.

But I'm sure like many other recent Sideshow pieces, this piece is getting a much better reception on other social media platforms.

Heck even the recent SS Ivy is more or less liked on the 'Other Forum'.

Man, this was pretty much a pass for me the instant I saw the entire PF. Sometimes I come back to a piece and change my mind on a statue if I'm on the fence. This PF never stood any real chance of that happening. I don't care if the pose was perfect, the over the top sideshowified costume made this a hard pass for me personally. For me, this Cap costume was almost as bad a Deathstroker's. Almost.

The suit is ok for me, it changes front my other CA statue... But the pose really bother me...it looks like he s going into a walkoff chalenge

I get it, a lot of people don't like it. I personally like it a lot and have it PO'ed. I don't think the pose is unrealistic just takes a little imagination to understand the scene. That's part of the joy. Art is in the eye of the beholder.
