so, are they giving out the hard copy edition to all people that purchase from sideshow? or do you have to buy those as well? there are so many versions of version 10 that i can't keep track!

but i'm getting one! that's for sure.

I'm going for the hard cover, missed out of the volume 9 hardcover because I didn't have a credit card then :monkey2

I mean aside from them being bound to a hardcover, why buy one since we will all end up with at least 12 of them for free?

Well, I bought the first one cause it had the sigs and I thought it was something cool to own from SS.

Plus I got Dustys sig and Chickys and even Dark Lord Daves.

Its just something cool IMO.

I will probably get this one to just cause I got the last one.

My copy's signed by Dusty...if that's not worth $100, I don't know what is.

It really is nice. Limited to 125 copies, signed and slip-cased. For Freaks like us, it's a great item to have.

Both versions of the catalog will be hardcover. But one will be limited edition with a cloth clamshell and special features. The other will be the size of a high school yearbook with a full color hardbound cover. I believe that there WILL be a soft cover version, but it will only be sent to wholesale and press accounts this time around, although I could be wrong.

This edition is 250 pages!! Thus it will not be packed in the product, as it will add quite a bit of weight! Less of a sales tool, and more of a coffee table book. Both hardcover versions will be available on our website when they come into stock (estimated mid-August). As usual, stay tuned to the newsletter to find out when they are available! :duff

Dusty will you be signing this years addition?

I got the last one and this one looks like it will be even nicer, so I will likely get the slipcased version again if the cost isn't too high.

Heck, it's going to have a special glossy centerfold!!

I am wondering about one thing--the deluxe version mentions a clamshell. Does that mean something like this:

Or did they mean to say "slipcase"? Will this be like last year's catalog, or like the "Dressing a Galaxy" set?

EDIT: Dusty responded while I was typing this post, so that pretty much answers my question.

All right freaks, who is buying both? :monkey3

Actually, I scorned the #9 edition when it first came out thinking, "What a waste of money that I could be using on actual polystone." Then I regretted it and bought a fellow Freak's #9 catalog. Now that I make more money, well, I'm wondering if even two will be enough... :lol

It will be more like the Dressing a Galaxy. The slipcase was kind of hard to manipulate, so they went with a fold out one this year.

And don't get your hopes up about the centerfold :lol It's a centerfold of PRODUCT not PEOPLE
