Just recieved by UC PF. Very awesome statue, very gory. Not as good as expected seeing as its my first PF and im used to the articulated 1/6 figures but nevertheless for the price I bought it at, it's worth it.

Out of curiosity, what's the average shipping for something like a UC (or any PF, I guess)?

The UC is starting to grow on me. The base is so detailed and heavy and the figure looks brilliant where he stands.

Hey Rusty,

UC for me from CA to GA was right at $20. Other PFs of a similar weight have all been around the same cost as well, give or take a couple bucks.

Just got my UC!!!

First off, this is my first PF, I was surprised by how small the box was, I had really built up in my head how large these things are. I'm glad to see that I should have no problem accommodating them in my room.

Out of the box he looks fantastic, I love how much detailing the gown has, I was expecting just a plain one. Overall the detailing is amazing. I think I might prefer the EX head, the other one is a little over the top, but I'm sure some people love it.

I got my Predalien...I really like it actually. It's a lot cooler then the actual film one. Not bad for 15 bucks!

UC was $19 and I think something bigger like Mola Ram was like $22

Dont let the UC fool you. It's the tiniest of the PFs that I have. I actually laughed when UPS dropped the box off. It's all about the pose. The Creature of the Black Lagoon is almost double the size because of the pose.

No word on my chat win yet either, but Alex said they'll be working on most of them this week. I imagine they have a LOT of prizes to process, not to mention their normal daily jobs to do. I'm in no hurry... Alex, thanks for keeping us updated, so we dont start nervously biting our fingers off!

You do such an awesome job, it is now a Spook tradition! Of course, winning it may start becoming more difficult as demand increases!

Seemingly sad news just arrived in my inbox. I can't fault Sideshow, oh hell, yes I can. Anyway, I still think they should extend the offer on the U.C. discount to anyone who got a T order last Friday night. I would say, especially for those of us dedicated to Spook enough to stay in chat throughout the night. Grrrrr...

Anyway, they were kind enough to offer me 35% off the regular price, now without free shipping like last time with the regular 10% off. Dammit. So silly. I guess I learned not to alert the chat room to a deal before securing it for myself. Greed rules...
