From what i've heard they wont be able to send out a replacement, however, you can still get a measly $45 credit if you so wish. Personally, id return it for a full refund and maybe try to source it from a local retailer. If its the exclusive version then maybe bite the bullet and accept the credit as it will cost a heck of alot more to buy the EX on the secondary market

The more I think about it, the more the scuff I have is bugging me. Is this scuff on his leg worth the time/effort/risk of asking for a replacement?

I would think you could get that out pretty easy... just looks like a slight paint transfer from the knife. I'd try a soft cloth and a dab of water and try to wipe it off.

Got my replacement chicken hand in on Friday. It looks perfect. Very happy with CS. William took very good care of me and now I have a minty fresh EX DP PF.

Yeah, I was VERY happy with the way CS took care of business. William was top notch throughout the whole process and I couldn't have asked for a better CS rep. He was awesome.

I wish I had better luck with William. My pre-2012 experiences with Sideshow CS were all first-rate but all the replies of "We have no replacements" (which I got also with my Vision PF) plus the cleaning kit not as a repair for Deadpool but as a "sorry your Deadpool is messed up" gift?

I am guessing it's not William's fault but higher-ups plus limited stock of replacement items force his hand; it's easier to replace a chicken than a body, but I wish I had as good a feeling about Sideshow CS as you two do.
