Sideshow endobust chrome problem

I'm not sure if some of you understand what chrome actually is. You can't simply pin a hole in it, glue it or something similar to that. Also, properly chromed surface is pretty much resistant to many things, some heat, sunlight, moisture etc. included!
Also, once chrome cracks or starts peeling off, there is no other solution then to re-chrome. You can't permanently fix the spot to make chrome complete!

Chrome IS NOT a paint, or anything similar to paint!

Anyone know if Sideshow's T-600 lifesize bust has a history of these issues??? (other than the one mentioned on here) I've been considering placing an order recently.

I was the one who said that I had a problem with my T-600 bust, but the other piece in the figure shop had the same defect, problem too.

It will prevent chrome from further flaking (not sure for how long, but for some time, absolutely), it won't FIX chrome, or make it one piece again.
As I said, once chrome cracks, only way to get that spot completely fixed, is to rechrome it. You can only try to prevent it from spreading damage around that spot.
