That Freddy is fantastic. I would love to have mine repainted to look like that.
Same thing I was thinking. I remembered him saying in the Mezco Freddy thread a while back that he needs the sweater for a Freddy projecj he was working on. And that 'project' turned out to be this. Such an amazing job. Best Krueger ever imo.

That is amazing! I wish mine looked like that.

But sadly I'm selling him (currently on eBay, ending soon!).

Your version looks as good as a 1/4 Premium Format Freddy!

I do custom commissions. All I need for this is the Dream Master Freddy, the Mezco 12" Deluxe Freddy, and a Hot Toys Slim Body Truetype. And some grinding bits for my Dremel. Shaping the steele blades wears them out pretty fast.

Really???

Hmmm.... May have to start sourcing some parts and hit you up on this. I sold my Dream Master Freddy a while back when I dropped 1/6, and now I'm really sorry I did. Been on a huge Freddy kick lately and wishing I had him back :monkey2 - but one of your customs would be soooo much better!

If I had one like this, I would drop the coin for the Furnace environment to go with it. :lecture

PM coming your way for info!

They did 1, 3, and FVJ if I'm not mistaken. Oh and New Nightmare. 5 Freddys total, not incudling exclusive editions, is that right? 1,3,Real World,Slasher,Demon. Did I miss anything?

Wasn't the Sideshow figure the Dream Warriors Freddy and not the The Dream Master?

Yeah, you're right. It was the Dream Warriors Freddy - my bad. I just watched Dream Master again last night, so I guess it was stuck in my feeble brain :lol

Yep, you got it - that's all they did for the Freddies. All are really nice, but it's too bad the first one didn't have all red sleeves. That would have really set it apart from the others IMO.

So it looks like Jason is next in line to get the Slentsurfer treatment huh? :rock

For now, the minor mod on the FvJason is satisfying me. That figure was already well executed by Sideshow. I had started reworking the part 3's mask though. I trimmed it a bit, shaped the edges, and now I'm waiting for time to fill and redrill all the holes to the correct in-scale proportions. I was debating on whether or not to make that one an end of movie version with a custom ax that can actually go into his head, but be removed so you can also take off the mask and see his bloody face like in the final dream sequence.

That Freddy is fantastic. I would love to have mine repainted to look like that.

Anybody interested who has all the parts needed, just PM me.

This is the thread of the week.

:D

This looks awesome, great work man! Didn't Fred wear black pants originally though?

I think they were a dark gray/brown, but you're right, they do need to be darker.

My bad, you're right. This was the Dream Warriors version. He is the Dream Master though. And since his look didn't really change between the two, I consider this to be my Dream Master Freddy.

New pics with weathered pants, the Furnace Environment, and other accessories coming later today.

That's so cool I love it. Now you should work on Jason a little more to make him the Ultimate Jason.:D

I'm open to suggestions. What can I do to improve on him?

I got my first Jason last month from a member here who had it customized by DarkArtist. Looks more like he did after he got lit on fire at the rave.

That's great. Yeah, I like to see what DarkArtist does to Jason figures. I love the severed Freddy arm in his left hand. I actually cut off the right sleeve of the original Sideshow Freddy sweater, and put it on the removed Mezco arm to do exaclty that, but I'd like to maybe get another Mez sweater somewhere down the road so that it matches my Freddy, and I need to give the Mezco glove real blades first too.
