Yep, indeed Sideshow is the best in the business at satisfying thier customers. I just had a problem with one of my CC's being declined and was worried I had really messed up. Well....less than 5 minutes on the phone later, and a short convo with the sultry voiced Jennifer and BOOM! All fixed and set to go. Sure the hell beats the hour and a half I spent trying to convince my CC company something was in error. So yes, Sideshow most certainly rocks!!
 
yeah kudos to sideshow for their excellent customer service. very helpful and polite people they got working there.
 
Damn straight they're the best!!!

I ordered the Salacious B. Crumb figure in August. It had to be transfered from the US warehouse to EU but i guess there was a delay at customs so i didnt get a tracking number until 2 weeks after i should've had it. Well, something went wrong and insted it went like this...

As you can see it was in denmark for a little bit before they shipped it back to the UK :banghead It was returned to the EU warehouse last week and after talking to Destiny on the phone, i got a e-mail this past Tuesday confirming it was returned and it would re-ship in a few days.
But tonight i got another e-mail from Destiny saying that because of the delays and such, they would ship one from the US warehouse with Fed-ex free of charge. They would also cover any import/customs fee's that would pop up. I just got the tracking number so i should have it Tuesday or Wendsday :banana

I agree that Sideshow's customer service is in-freakin'-credible. I can scarcely believe that they consistently hold such a high standard in that area. But the proof is written all over the internet.

You've clearly confused the EU shipping department with their CS department... :confused:

yes the customer support is alsome. can you imagine the anal people that call them about the dumbest stuff.

hi my sideshow darth vader box has a ding in it. well is the figure ok, yes.but the box is messed up..i need to return it.
