Placed a flex order for this yesterday. Wasn't completely sold until I read the good feedback about in person experience. I was thinking of using points to pay for this but I changed my mind and I'm gonna save them for something big that we should be seeing soon.

Are the bottom mandibles on this fixed or do they have to be inserted?

Yea, its the main reason I do not like this piece...the bottom mandibles splay out way to far. If they were in more of a roaring position, I feel like it would look much better.

This is more Wolfish....the mouth opens too wide. But it looks _____in aside from that.

No, it's not wolf. the teeth are smaller and Wolf has two on each mandible.

I got mine today and as I expected I wasn't happy with the lower mandibles and how high set they were. I started the mod tonight but as usual forgot to take before and after pics.
Mine was no different from Warspawn's great pics to start with.
I have dropped the lower left mandible by around an inch. It looks much better than the oppisite side I think anyway. I also think it also matches much better with the pose of the super Predator skull which I also got today and how the mandibles on it are splayed.
The skull is off balance on the stand because the mandible is still weighed down by 8 pounds of weight.
I will do the other side tomorrow and post a final.
I am very impressed with both the skulls!
