Got my boba last night it’s pain in the butt .. but I guess it’s because I’m putting it together myself . Couple problems namely the blaster holster button doesn’t fasten

Mine was a nightmare to put together as well. I spent over 3 hours on it and I even had some help at one point. Definitely not as easy as SS makes it look in that 6 minute video!

I’m getting there those pins are the worse part ! My blaster holder button doesn’t hold I hope sideshow can replace . Also there’s a small visible wire when the light on the platform is on in near one of the back rear panels not sure if a big deal or not

I just threw a price out there. It's 11.5k here locally!

You can't get any licensed 1:1 pieces for $4k. I do agree it's overpriced, even at $8k. I think $6k would have been a perfect number, but I still love it especially after my modifications.

Oneangrymo, go back carefully through all the boxes. That center piece is so small it can be easily overlooked. I thought I was missing a part too when I unboxed mine, but after I went through everything again sure enough it was there.

Honestly here's the thing with this piece and you can go back and look at my previous posts. It's $8495 and we all might think that price is crazy. It's really not.

This piece, especially the ones shipping now (the first wave was inferior in my opinion) as a display piece is pretty good. People will know it's Boba Fett, things at a glance look accurate, comes with a light up base, etc. It's a licensed piece which will hold the value and it's a one stop shop coming from Sideshow.

Now if you want a more accurate build you're going to spend around or more than $8495 especially if you can't paint. Now there's things to factor in as well. Sourcing the armor, blasters, holsters, softwoods, electronics, etc is a complete pain in the ***. It's a process that will take close to a year if not longer. JUST TO SOURCE. Now you have to get people to commission your paint application if you can't. If you don't do your research you can easily get back a crappy paint job or totally scammed. Throw that on a mannequin and if you're looking to get "infamous" level on 501st standards you're looking at spending close to $9k. That's about where I am now with my build which I started in 2014.

I have my issues with this piece but price isn't one of them.

Damn, if it's not there that really sucks. I'd check all the styrofoam again carefully and make sure it's not in one of those small little areas that you might have overlooked. It's so small of a piece that it might be hidden in plain sight.

Heres the blaster holster this button does not fasten at all.. defective. I hope sideshow can replace that one piece. If they can't Im screwed. I mean its incomplete! For 8k! It will look dumb, I will probably have to return the whole thing and they will probably charge me shipping.

Here is box E, I tore this apart. But I also went into the other boxes.. no center piece
