Bro, the topic tends to deviate on just about every thread, at least we're still discussing Sideshow statues here while the discussion tends to go all over the place on many other threads. I've seen you whine over petty things on other threads before..This is not meant to "insult" you, but to give you a friendly advice on trying to be more a little more flexible and socially intuitive in your discussions with fellow collectors

Cool, I gotcha. Makes more sense now that you have explained more.

I will say one last thing, though, and then I will move on. You guys should remember that what is trivial to one person, may not be to the next, and vice versa.

I personally think 400 pages of people (and I'm not saying you, but in general) complaining about Rogue's butt crack is very trivial, but that's me.

They're extremely well made so far as the overall aesthetic appeal of the sculpts and the paint apps..I guess I'm a bit biased because no other company comes close to producing statues of this level based on ancient Gods/Goddesses/Kings/Queens/Heroes and Monsters from ancient times..ARH is really appreciated by history/mythology buffs such as myself...

Bah, I wish there was a different company that made Goddess statues. Sigh.
I like the look of ARH's new 1/4 Medusa, but after some unpleasant occurrences...there is no way I will purchase another one of their statues.

I hope this thread returns back to it's intended subject, Madame Hydra.

I know your not fond on how Arahom responded to you & the whole box issue, but the actual quality of the statue is quite good. The paint application & detail are very well done.

Yah I got the same box issue & I shook my head when I got it, but I am going to make what is due. Will I buy an AP again.... probably not, but will I buy from them again..... yes (as long as it comes with the actual box & foam for the statue)!

We are working on our customer service skills and in a few months will hire a new person to just deal with the everyday logistics for ARH.
Our new AP products are being done in small "only statue" factories now and not by ARH in house. This will improve quality and speed of all of our statues. We are still a young company, but we are not going anywhere but up

No, sir. I rarely get on this forum. I have a few new additions: GG Babydoll Japan edition, GG Amber and the SS EX Rogue PF. I also, finally, got my grail, the Patient Zero EX PF, which I think you've seen.

Hey congrats on the Babydoll & Amber. They are fantastic pieces. The Patient Zero is another great piece too. I thought about Hydra but I just can't see myself spending $300+ on a 1:5 scale statue. I cancelled the EX before they charged the NRD.

Yah its $280 + shipping $25 + Custom charges = to $348.60. Thats way too much for her.

I agree Arahom is not a people's person and is very hot tempered. This could cost ARH a lot of potential customers! I think he should hire good PR personnel to deal with customers and channel his passion towards making more awe-inspiring pieces So are you getting Hydra? I like her a lot but she just doesn't fit anywhere in my collection now that I've sold my cap PF EX and Red Skull PF

Not after finding out what SS is charging for her.

I am waiting for the Vampirella, Joker, Aayla and Storm Premium Formats. I think after those are released I will probably back away from SS purchases. I might pick up one or two statues after that, but after I get the few I listed, I will have most of the characters I've wanted. I would like to see Jean and Poison Ivy in premium formats, but who knows when that will happen.
