The actual piece will probably be fairly light but the base, just like all of these high end pieces, will probably weigh a ton. And with the way Optimus will have to be packed to avoid being broken will involve tons and tons packing tissue, foam and everything else that involves. It will probably take a while to unpack this beast once you get it. And the boxes will be HUGE! Hell, it might be better for them to ship it in two boxes--one that contains Optimus and the other that contains the base. Kinda like what they did with the 1/2 Ironman.

Ya know, they should just ship him in truck form so he won't be easily damaged.
And then when he arrives, he can just transform back into robot form...
