I'll definitely be down for a Sorceress, Teela & Man at arms but no more heroes past that.

With Villains though you are right & I'd struggle to just keep it to a few.
Pretty sure there was talk that after Skeletor it would be Evil Lynn

Definitely would be interesting what SSC's take on those characters would be. However, not sure if people know but PCS just revealed their Teela statue that is true to the tv cartoon series and they've had the Sorceress for a while now.

Ha ha, yeah you're right, my bad! Not sure how I got Teela and Evil Lynn mixed up. They did do a reveal (prototype) of Hordak not too long ago it was in my newsletter.
Anyways, definitely like what I see on SSC side, that darker more realistic take on the MOTU series is cool. Although I'm hoping that they stay a little closer to the cartoon with a touch of realism rather than a whole different original take on the characters. It's my feeling that with those types of characters going too far on an original take makes those statues lose their original identity. For example, their Conan kind of looks like a comic book Conan rather than well...He Man. And while I love their take on Skeletor he too looks like a grim reaper from their Court of the Dead series, still looks great, but their MOTU identity is somewhat lost, my opinion of course.

I already have the Four Horsemen 200X statue, the PCS Filmation He-man exclusive, and the PCS He-man/Battlecat exclusive on preorder (paid in full). I really want this and the Skeletor but it's going to depend on the price. I love the exclusive (I'm assuming) axe, but anything north of $400 will make me lean towards passing on these.

Oh god no, I'm in for realistic takes but keep everything else true to the original designs akin to Dave Wilkins' art.

I feel you on this,Painforall, the bust and the Skeletor statue will be my last things bought from PCS. My experience with them and their preorder protocol is too weird for my taste. How they accept payment and their website just seem so amateurish. For what they sell and the "we are a small company" excuse for inefficiency in online commerce just gets old. I've dealt with smaller companies that get online shopping right because well they need too if you're not going to have physical store. Well enough rant about them can't wait for my bust and the reveal for SSC's Skeletor; especially interested in the variant traditional head that they will have for him.

That's a great balance of old and new! That's why the Skeletor bust was a must for me-it's not cartoony and with a touch of realism gives it a look like it came right out of the cartoons into real life! Wish SSC could have done this with their MOTU line.
