I love how some how whenever I go into these "Freddy, Micheal" threads it some how seems to turn into a Jason thread, lol. Yes I will 2nd the Jason Pt3. PF...as I said Jason cant be stopped.

Jason FTW! :rock

I would rather see a PF Michael done, then a 12". Yet is seems like we will never see another PF for any of the horror 'icons'.

I had high hopes when we saw Jason for the charity auction and the talk of a new Jason. That was dashed when it seems we are getting some artist impression of Jason, and in diorama format too.

I had my hopes up for Pinhead that seemed to be hinted at, but I even doubt that now.

Hey, I recognize that Myers.

For those of you waiting on the Shape here, I am currently reworking the 'smirk' mouth slant and hairline, as well as giving him sculpted hair. Then I'll be attempting recasting for the first time.

Back to the thread discussion:
Rob Zombie had his own vision of Myers. I personally hate it and wish he would have done exactly the same movies, but called them something other than Halloween. Rob's Myers has nothing to do with the character created by Carpenter, and therefore I can totally disregard it. I love Carpenter's Myers, as do all true fans. For those who didn't grow up with Carpenter's Myers, and think Rob's is better, that's fine. Apples to Oranges. Both fruit, but totally different.

I like not knowing what makes Myers tick. That's scarier to me than all the mental anguish Rob inflicted on his child Myers character. Rob has a different sense of what scary is. He didn't get what made Halloween an iconic classic. That's why his version will fade away, and "the night he came home" will live forever like Dracula and Frankenstein and the soon to be reborn Wolfman.

Well said SS. And please let us know what we need to do to get one of these Myer's sculpt. :)

:rock:rock:rock

But the question is will you do a cast without sculpted hair?

Actually, that was the original idea, to do one without sculpted hair. I guess I'll make that my first attempt at casting then, since there seems to be an interest. I've already ripped off the faux hair, and I'm sculpting now.

I can't wait! I've been waiting along time to be able to display an accurate Myers with my masks.:D

All right guys, I have some reference pics of the '78 Myers mask, as well as some good replicas, but every picture makes the hairline seem different. I need all of you to post as many pics as you have of the Shatner/Myers mask so I can get this thing right. I'm as critical as anybody on this forum, so I want to really nail this thing.

Help me out. I need prfile shots of the original Shatner mask and the '78 Shape mask.

Thanks.

Am I the only one who thought H2 was good???

Never saw the cut up version in theaters, only saw the director's cut on Blu Ray and was very impressed

Ummmmm.......maybe? I saw it for the first time on blu ray director's cut too a couple weeks back. And I am still very upset of what I saw. Complete garbage. This one was so bad, it made the first one look like a masterpiece and I really do not like the first one that much.

calvarenga, do you have BIGGER pictures? Those are all thumbnails. I have all but that first Kirk mask shot anyway. Do you have a larger version of that?
