His thighs are twice the size of Supes’.
You and me both.
Same! Still thinking of getting p1 1/3 but damn. Too fn huge lolJim Lee is my favourite Batman artist and why I was hoping Sideshow would do a PF based on his work rather than this mishmash of styles they've come up with.

It really isn't that hugely different from the 1:4 scale prices anymore.
I mean if you can afford ~$600+ for a 1:4 scale, then I guess I just have a hard time believing the same person can't afford ~$1,000+ for a 1:3 scale.
For what they are let's face it; they're all crazy prices lol. I'm just saying I tend to think if you're a person whose willing to pay the 1:4 prices, I really don't think the 1:3 prices are going to break you.
They've got a point though, it's sickening the prices some people will pay for sixth scale figures
Recently I just wish we could get comparative actor quality facesculpts on Sideshows 'production' statues.
Though the recently released Harley wasn't too bad, and I'm optimistic about the new Aquaman.
Harley wasn't bad but not a home run IMO. If Aquaman turns out close to the proto then it will be a must have for me. I generally don't get movie based pieces and likeness is a big reason for that, as well as the fact that comic pieces age better IMO. The only movie piece I have on order is the prime 1 justice league wonder woman, and I already have the gentle giant black widow because some statues are too good to pass up
It still confuses me why SSC always makes Batman bigger than anyone else in the group. They did that in the original group ...and they did that again here.
At times, I think someone at SSC must really believe Batman is just a bruiser with high-tech toys. Rather than a skilled, smart and agile fighter like Captain America.
ugh I can't believe people can look at this Batman and think it looks passable, just so much wrong with it. He looks more like the Hunchback of Notre Dame than Batman.
While their GA and Wonder Woman look fantastic.
ugh

I thought a lot of people just accepted that the original Batman PF was oversized?
It didn't really bother me as I have him in a Besta pretty much by himself. But if I had him in a row with others it might be a different story.
Probably once he is in hand, he will be more appreciated. I take him over the new Captain America.
