Could someone please let me know, is Jack's bandana two pieces?
I think the bandana on mine is cracked where it comes off from his head as there is a clear separation (it is held together by some wire or something underneath.)

Sorry, yours is broken. See if they can switch it out for you.

Yea, unfortunately I'm over the 30 days because it was a Christmas present that was ordered way in advance. It is cracked nearly in half but still hangs on there.

I may just have to glue it but since it is such a thin piece, don't know if it will hold.

Call Sideshow and tell them the situation, maybe they'll make an exception with it being the holidays. I think I might have read that they were extending that due to the holidays, but I could be mistaken, it may have been another website.

Seriously, Sideshow should help you out with this. Especially if you bought it direct. They have to understand that people order this stuff early for the holidays. Good luck and keep us posted.

Thanks. Called today. I guess they are busy in the returns dept. she's going to put me on a "cue" and I'll get an email from them this week sometime.

Don't know if that means they are going to exchange it but I did mention it was a gift. Fingers crossed.
Even broken, I do love this statue...

I thought international orders had to destroy them no ?

Ya they emailed me back today to say they made a mistake. They want Jack destroyed and the Alien warrior to be shipped back (probably to be shipped out to some other un-lucky individual).

Kudos to SS. They are going to replace the body of my statue.
Most companies do not have great return policies like they do so they really deserve props in my book.

Very uncomfortable about destroying him though.
Can't say exactly why.

I've had lots of practice destroying SS statues. It helps if you have a SS poster on the wall to aim at.

I've never had to return anything, but sideshow's CS always gets high praise. Well, almost always, there are those who are never satisfied with anything. Anyway, I'm glad it worked out for you. I would feel weird destroying something like that too. It just seems wrong.

I didn't bother checking mine, but how do you turn on the LED in the lamp? I pushed in the switch button, and no light. Are any of you running into the same issue?
