Yeah i did cancel. This is the 2nd AR print i canceled after gotg. I think its clear now. I should only stick to statues (until they announce something else[emoji28])

SS doesn't lose anything. Just tell them to apply that NRD to your new unframed order.

That's true. I'll give them a call shortly and see what they say.

I spoke with Sideshow CS and they refunded my NRD as a one time courtesy.

What was good was that I just asked to have the money transferred over to my unframed print, like Armymedic suggested, but the CS rep said she couldn't do that but instead she offered a one time courtesy refund.

Nope it did not i got up 2am for nothing. It will go up thursday no idea what time no idea why they put a date and time for unframed if the don't put it up that time.

I thought it was strange that they couldn't/wouldn't just transfer my money over to my new order but oh well. I got my money back and that's all that matters.

Is that courtesy refund the same as their one time NRD refund? Or is that something else? I've had the NRD refunded from an order a year or two ago, but I remember they refunded me for something else a different time, so I'm confused whether or not they're the same or not. I would like to have that done w/ the JLA Alex Ross print, for which now I have both a framed and unframed on order.
