Checked mine today. Looks like no defects. The edges of psylocke suit near the ass seem abit rough. Also one of the leg doesnt seem to touch the base is this normal?
I think I prefer the original head scuplt better wonder if anyone has commission this?

A huge THANK YOU to jye318 for doing what Sideshow was unwilling to do and help me out with a replacement body for my Psylocke for way cheaper then I thought was possible. Thank you for saving one of my most prized statues.
And on a side note, shame on Sideshow for making me have to turn to the secondary market to fix their piss poor quality control.

ahh, my mistake. I don't remember what the original sculpts looked like but I remember liking them a lot. I love Trevor's as well.
Does anyone still have comparison pics of the original sculpts and the ones they ended up with?

You are in luck my friend. Looked through my imageshack account and found these. I have to say Sideshow's pics of the new sculpt aren't the most flattering. I like them a lot more in person.
Yeah, I think the exclusive head was greatly improved, but liked the original regular head a little better. That being said I love how the regular head looks in person and is how my Psylocke is displayed.

No. I want to keep it complete. I may auction it off on eBay. I would like to get back what I have into it.
it can still crack however the chance that it will does get slimmer over time but it's still there

The replacement body I recieved still looks perfect and no cracks at all. So its safe to say if you got a replacement you should be ok imo.
I'm planning to buy a Psylocke PF. I really like the statue. However, I'm afraid of getting a defective piece. I was wondering if this paint issue goes for ALL psylocke PF statues or just a few? Can someone clarify this? I need some advice. Thanks

That being said, I have a mint one and it's still mint, so... take your chances I guess there's no real precise method of getting her perfect.

I hot a replacement body and mine is still fine. Unfortunately the original base had developed thin cracks now. I called ss and was told they had no base replacements. Oh well. As long as the body and face are good I'm fine
