Yuck. The neck seam looks terrible on both. And the sculpts look a little toonish.

Extremely unimpressive. Disappointed.

The com is much better.

I wish Psylocke had been done more like Rogue.

Fully sculpted and her belt & sash could have made it a premium format. Would have helped to hide that hideous neck seam too.

Yeah. You nailed all of my negative points for this piece in your post. The comiquette looks like a work of art next to the PF. Gambit and Rogue look like the only can't miss pieces from the X-MEN PF lineup so far. Cyke and Betsy really do look 2nd rate when compared to those 2 statues.

like Black Cat, her costume is probably painted on underneath. I think its the same material as Ms. Marvel's costume. The reason why Ms Marvel's costume looks more thinner is because of the color..

Seems like an easy mod. Probably the X-FORCE variant painted underneath (black costume).

Seems odd that they didnt opt for the Crimson Dawn variant for the switch out.....

guess we wont have to wait 6 months to see it in person. SDCC will probably showcase it and some other long awaited PFs... in about 3 weeks time..

Quick question, have you heard something other than what has been discussed about Colossus PF? or is this just a fear you have that it may or may not cost as much as the Destroyer?
I would be surprised if he fetched that kind of price, please anyone including you Smooth Criminal correct me if I am incorrect.

I heard from a brother of a semi-reliable source whose friend of his neighbour's wife worked next to a temp at Sideshow's reception desk that Colossus PF will be made of full metal and cost $3,000 with an ES of 2. True story.

I heard from a brother of a semi-reliable source whose friend of his neighbor's wife worked next to a temp at Sideshow's reception desk that Colossus PF will be made of full metal and cost $3,000 with an ES of 2. True story.

Hulk comiquette luanched Comicon last year. Hopefully this will not be the best peice SS has to offer this year. It is not bad, but I hope their is more sizzle in future previews this month.

Okay, now that I'm home from work I can get a better look at these product images. Yes, I ordered her from just a glancing look at the photos.

Looking through this thread it looks like I'm all by myself in preferring the Ex head over the regular. This piece is miles above the Comi. I'm so glad that I passed on that fugly thing. I just wasn't expecting a PF of her so damned soon. Pleasant surprise though. I love it.

I think the Ex head wouldn't look so weird just by putting the mouth up a little higher. Too much space between her nose and lips imo.

That actually looks pretty good. Could you do another one with the mouth adjusted ever so slightly lower and on the reg head too? Just curious to see how it all looks that way.

I have to say that I don't care for that alteration. Her face looks "pinched" like that. Then again, I seem to be the only one that likes the Ex head at all.
