Sideshow slow to ship? Other problems

If by shipping normal, you mean once your order says 'item shipping soon', which means within 72 hours, then no, there not. Since my order has been saying that for a good week now.


You may want to contact CS about your order delay as that does not seem right. The shipping department is chugging away and we are currently processing the wolverine PFs along with in stock merch.
 
OK, thanks Chicky, I'll use the Live Help later tonight ad see what's up, since I'm pretty sure it still hasn't shipped.
 
I seem to have been hit by the credit card declined status, yet I don't know why and never received an email about it. Only discovered seeing it from within the account. Do I have to call them to see about this? as it's expensive making a call to America from UK.

Or can this be dealt with via [email protected] ?

When it happened to me last time I just emailed with recharge in the subject line and they sorted it out pretty quick, so i'd think email will be fine.
 
I've sent them an email about it anyway but I really don't get why it's declined. Unless somebody has entered the details into their billing system wrongly.
 
So, if you change you billing info, you gotta actually tell them? Because I flexed Raph and payed the first payment on my card then I switched it and payed the second on my credit card and had no problems.
