I'm pretty confident you'll get the arm, and not have to send the entire thing back.
They asked me, on both occasions, which arm on mine was damaged and said they could just replace the arm if possible. (It wasn't though, as the detachable arm wasn't damaged.)
I think you'll be fine.
Not yet, the said someone would get back to me within 5-7 working days, they must be busy with returnsI stressed I only wanted a replacement arm, we will see how that turns out.

I've dealt with them in the past. good customer service. Just make sure you ask them to retape the styro after they inspect the statue.

lol, I got the statues without tape, and it's damage ! email them yesterday and still no answer now.
and the inspection was poor, still a lot of paint flaw all around his body, base damage, did they do replacement or refund?

Finally! There's a little slop between the eyes, but at a normal viewing distance it's not noticeable. The only real issue I have with it is the where the right forearm attaches to the rest of the arm...it doesn't fit as flush as it should, but nothing that a small spot of blue tack won't fix.
Best part about it is, I had like $250 in my Paypal account so I only paid $80 in real cash.
