will the price for spiderman pf drop when this is out? i think more people will wanna get the comiquette, what do you think?

I dont think it will drop too much, it has a low edition size but I do think this will be the new standard Spidey statue and one that will hard to beat.

I can honestly say I have never seen a single Spidey statue I liked enough to buy. No company had produced a Spidey statue to my liking. It has been very frustrating not having such an iconic marvel character in my collection. Well, this all changed with this piece.

This Spidey statue has me doing cartwheels! THIS is the Spidey statue that I have been waiting for. If I didn't have to pay this month for Christmas gifts and Hulk & Thanos as well, I would have JUMPED on the chance to pick this up sooner. I can't wait to see in hand pics of this piece.

I think the price will drop very low for the premium format, I was offered the price of $420 for a regular version a few days ago and I picked him up to customize. It will drop more when the comiquette comes out easily.

The PF's price won't be affected by this, IMO. It's already ascending to greatness and can't be stopped.

I know a lot of people don't care for the PF, but it's the only PF that I've had displayed in my collection since Day 1. All of the others get rotated out on a regular basis.

1) it's the first SSC Spiderman PF

2) they are rare, even the crap versions that ppl hate.

3) ppl can hate all they want but that ES stays the same

Well, I figure this will be a popular statue since it is Marvel's flagship character in, what I believe to be the best statue Sideshow has done with him yet. In 1/4 scale, no less. So I wouldn't expect value to drop.

But then, I though Wolverine PF was gonna be one of Sideshow's biggest sellers and it seems readily available at retail price.
