so many people bought this thing, I wonder why. I would feel weird having a half naked alien woman on display in my room. oh well, different strokes for different folks and different levels of nerdism.
it's a main character of a famous game with decades of history and popularity with an extreme - literally universe-wide - badassness and very sad story.so many people bought this thing, I wonder why. But then again, that goes for all the overly sexualised female characters in video games. I guess some guys secretly want to impregnate Kerrigan or have some weird fetish.
Not the point, I just don't feel the need to display an intentionally sexualised statue of Kerrigan for all to see. Kerrigan is supposed to be a bad-ass, the pose in the statue makes her look like she's on her first date with a zergling?
I see I hit a nerve with your personal sexual life. I definitely didn't mean that. My apologies and my sincere condolences. I hope things improve for you.
Anyway, I guess there are different levels of fetishes and/or nerdism (i.e. this would be tame compared to the 1/3 Prime 1 Harley Quinn statue that some guys are so excited (aroused?) about. I shudder to think what their wives/girlfriends/younger children think). Then again, females portrayed in video games have a long history of being intentionally sexualised in nature to bump up sales for their target market of randy, sex starved teens (and adults it seems).
