I did that last time and this time. Doesn't seem to make a difference.Considering you have requested a few replacements can't you request the next replacement to be opened up and checked out before they send it to you?

I request every piece I order to be inspected before shipping. Yet I have almost 100% return rate. The last statue I kept was the mark 7 half scale.Same thing with me with hulk piece. Daniel who is the support manager says they inspect the pieces from about 3 feet away and they send it.... I received my hulk and his foot didn’t fit. So it really doesn’t matter

No. They think that if you can't see the defect from 3ft away than it shouldn't matter because you shouldn't be viewing the statue closer than 3ft.That is terrible are they blind?

I look at it like eventually I'll get one that's actually worth keeping.I don't understand how you can have a 100% return rate and still keep ordering from SS. It's like getting food poisoning at a restaurant 3 times and still going back another 10 times LOL! why? unless you're a gluten for punishment

I just want a non defective statue. Sideshow has tried to fix the issues but sadly the replacement turned out to be wrose than the first one.Given your success/failure rate with Sideshow I'm guessing that you have both bad luck and possibly you may be expecting a much higher level of quality for your Sideshow pieces than many collectors. Which is fine, as you have to be happy with the pieces that you're spending so much money on, but it may be time to throw in the towel when it comes with Sideshow pieces.

My Lord. Have they ever met a statue collector?
Daniel the manager says he’s a collector!

A collector from far far away.
I don’t blame Jimbob29 for not being happy. Even if it’s something like light bleeding through the gauntlet. $1200 is not chump change. Why should we as collectors receive an inferior product. Defects don’t go away if you see it once it will always tarnish the experience when looking at it. Send it back!
