It was during his training with Yoda. He kept stretching out his arms to force grab stuff and becuase of it his arms were longer. I'm glad SS caught this subtlety that every other company has missed.

i think i'll try cutting some off. or a Medicom body. it's weird. i have about 7 other SS 12' and never noticed the arm thing w/ them. but then again they're all dressed in kinda bulky clothes. Invisible Man, Jason, Fredy in that trench, ect. guess it's how Luke has on a thin tunic.
