Damage. That Dead one is very nice.... I wish I knew who to add that stuff to y gif so I wouldn't have to keep bothering people.

I use a software called ImageReady from Adobe, it's a companion software to Photoshop for generating images for web pages and gif making is part of it, I'm not sure if there are any free/inexpensive packages out there.
