But first, another Velvet Morning Blondie.

Glad you like it Hector. I know that we only agreed to do a neck paint match, but I couldn't resist going all the way down the chest (free of charge).

I popped the head back off to see what was keeping it from sinking lower and it turns out that the way the ball joint cup is seated inside the head is blocking the neck. I'm going to perform Dremel surgery on it tomorrow and see if I can't get that to look just a bit better for you.

Thank you so much for that Nathan. It is amazing! Like many around here say, lost for words dude. :exactly:

I don't remember the head sitting so high. But thank you for going the extra mile. With the clothes on it really doesn't look that bad.

Wow, VU just nailed every detail in that Blondie, didn't he? Brilliant work as always, Nathan.

This Indy head had the iris outline sculpted on the eyes, and I wasn't sure if hiding the line would work. I also wasn't sure that the squint of the eyes would allow for the eye position Marf wanted, but he talked me into trying.

Came out pretty well actually. I prefer the sideways glance on this portrait, but this looks great, too.

Thank you, as always, for making it happen, Nathan. And for executing it so damn perfectly :bow

I cannot wait to finally get this placed on top of my Indy figure...it's been a long time coming :yess: You have truly made the wait worth while.

EDIT: Snuck out of bed to stare some more at the pics :lol

Thank you, Ryan. I'm really glad Nathan was able to pull off the eyes looking forward, as I think it sets it apart from it's 1/4 counterpart. :exactly:

Hope work isn't too busy today, because I need more time to stare...
