Damn you were quite the busy bee at sideshow.

I'm kinda surprised actually that I did so much in such a short amount of time. I haven't painted for them since December, yet there's been so many of my projects revealed in the last couple weeks. I can really only think of just one last thing nobody has even seen a teaser about.

Though I don't think these are my paint ups on the order pages, but actual product, I'll go ahead and add them.

Here's paint of the heads. I think the factories did a great job of replicating them.

I did paint one version of the prototype E-WEB blaster that was metal and resin (common prototype materials), but mine is not what's pictured on the order page. Mine was more weathered (probably too weathered). I can only guess what the final product material is, and I imagine it's going to be mostly plastic.

Thanks, Nathan.
Wow, that's a bummer on all accounts. I bet your weathered version looked awesome, too.

Wow, they actually did do a nice job of capturing the "essence" of your paint. Certainly not the refinement, but you can see your influence there.

I'm not sure how you can tell, the pictures of the e-web on the SSC website are so dark/contrasty you can barely make out any detail. I've noticed they have recently started doing all their pics a bit darker - this object is black! I had to save the hi-res pics to my desktop and enhance them and you could suddenly see the thing.

Hey Nathan, how's your schedule looking, I've got something I've been meaning to get finished, lmk if your not too busy and I'll drop you an email about it.

Obi, Darth, Cyclops, DareDevil...

So many things being revealed this year, and I won't even be there. :monkey2 Can't wait for coverage and fan reactions though. I'm very proud of everything I've been a part of that will be on the floor at SDCC this year.

Anybody got insider hook ups for two people for one day of Con???

Thanks Nate, I'll shoot you an email tommorow.

Can't wait to see how Cyclops looks, shame they canceled Rogue.

I think this is the last revealed thing I had anything to do with for Sideshow.

I painted the heads and base for this project. The rest was done in-house.

I definitely think they got this one right. And only $170? I thought he'd be their first $200+ figure.

I noticed there's no General Grievous this year. Maybe the factory has failed to live up to my paint on that just like the Obi 1/2 scale that also never went up for pre-order and isn't at the Con this year (as far as I can tell).
