I always love coming to this thread and checking out the awesomeness. But lately ... I don't know what it is ... something's really captured my interest! I just can't put my finger on it ...

The Master Strikes Again!:thud::thud::thud::thud::thud:

Well that just led to a 3hr diversion :monkey3

Thanks mate. Excuse my ignorance here, but do you think it would be possible to mod the neck and fit it on a TT? :monkey3

Detail nut that I am, Nathan, I'm staring at the hair on the back of my Malcolm Reynolds' neck -- it looks completely separated from the skin. What incredible brushwork. Your skin tones are just crazy; I can't see where the changes happen, but the overall depth and lifelike aspect are utterly natural. As for the eyes, I'll leave it to you to post the picture. I have a bit of work to do on shirt, sidearm, and boots before I take my own photos of the finished figure. :wink1:

Thanks, Bear. Glad I could add another piece to your undoubtedly amazing collection. Post pics when you get a chance. See if you can capture that look I was after for your Mal.

:exactly: Nate!!!! Jp had shown me in progress shots before but wow! Just blown away! Fine paint man. Damn fine! Now I'm horny! :devil

I'm not touching that.:lol

Hey Nathan, just saw the Lou Grant Show sculpts you painted, they look absolutely amazing. Are those private commissions or samples for mass production?

And now for something I never imagined I'd be posting in here when I started this thread. These are the first reveals by the Disney Store of the many things I've done for them this year so far. Disney's factories are so good that I can't even tell the difference between my prototype paint ups and these produciton samples. I know that at least one of the factories Disney uses is also used by Sideshow, which may explain why the Jessica Rabbit PF turned out so well.
