Kaiyodo later put this same kit out for Jason goes to Hell with a new headsculpt which was amazingly accurate, but they didn't do anything new to the body or hands to make it part 9 at all, so I just used the head, sculpted neck guts into the hollow neck, impaled it on a custom metal machette, sculpted a whole little mini-diorama for it, and there you go...

Again, this was done over ten years ago, so please excuse the quality of the paint. I don't even think I knew how to airbrush yet.

Sorry, this one's a bit blurry. Old pic.

That head sculpt is very good there. And that part 4 is just awesome. Both are awesome work there.

P. has decided to have me paint the P2 head for that body I repainted. I will be making some requested adjustments to the body as well. And he's sending the armor so that I can take great pics of it all built up for my thread here.
can't wait for it to arrive %)
its' still in borders of my country though. stupid customs

Here you go, Papito. It's not the finest headsculpt, but I hope I got the most out of it for you. I think it will still do very nicely for adding 2029 John to your collection. Please be sure to post pics of him all built up when you are done with him. I'd love to see it here.:hi5:

Look for an email later today, and these will be going out to you.

The gray one is your original orange cast repaired and primered over. The white is your extra recast. And even though it isn't a translucent cast, I was able to pull off some translucent effects on it. The pics don't do it justice as usual.

You're welcome, Papito, and thanks for the compliments, guys. It's only going to get better from here on out. I can't wait til I can post what Sideshow's got me doing lately.:slap I'm dying to see some of my Sideshow stuff hit the pre-order pages.:yess: I think the first ones might be pretty close. We'll see.

New Sideshow project? Wouldn't happen to have anything to do with a Jason 3 PF? That would be awesome:hi5:

:gah:OMG, that would be a dream project for me. That's in my top three grail figures along with a '78 Michael Myers PF, and 1/6 RoboCain. I'm such a huge Jason fan. I even went to SDCC several years in a row as Jason.

I don't know what the status is on the J3 PF, but I'd die happy if I got to paint that. What a friggin' honor it would be to be the guy to get that job, and you know I'd put my soul into it. Hoepfully that teaser pic they showed last week isn't a bunch of old production pics, and this is already about to be announced. On the upside, if it is already painted, that means I won't have to wait as long to have it on my shelf.:impatient:

A few more pics of Wonder Woman I had Nathan repaint for me. It kept bothering me that the factory had sanded down the abs on this statue, so I decided to do something about it. I re-sculpted the abs, so I could try to recapture the gorgeous musculature Andy B. had sculpted. I plan on putting the bodice I custom made back on her, but figured I'd share some pics before I covered her up.

checking the thread 10 times a day... soon we'll see the completion of a project with the longest history i've known

Thanks Nathan, the sanded down abs just kept bothering me (I just couldn't leave them "damaged" like that).

On another topic, I might be sending some more work your way in the near future.

Thanks Nathan, I really am impress with your work. Even though the sculpt was not 100% as you mentioned, you really brought out this character and looks a lot better in person. I will try to take higher quality pics as soon as I can to truly show this sculpt and your work justice.
