Hey Buttmunch,

Yep, I had the most amazing honor of painting Jason. One of my ultimate Holy Grails and I got to breathe life into it. The lead painter hooked me up hardcore. It was such a pleasure to paint this huge piece.

Clothing was done by a different department. I just got the casts from the original sculpt - all body parts, boots, weapons and base. This sculpt is fantastic; a real treat to work on.

As seen in the original teaser, it does have alternate hands and an unmasked portrait which I imagine would be the Exclusive, and trust me, you don't want to miss out on the Exclusive. I definitely want two of these, and I wouldn't care if the price goes up to $400 each.

I've only seen this one teaser of him finished, so like the rest of the fans, I'm dying to see the full reveal. It can't come soon enough.

I awesome. I figured an unmasked head could be the exclusive, either that or another weapon or an art print. But as the Vlad PF showed us, the alternate head might just be standard and the exclusive may indeed just be an art print. Either way, this is a must have. I don't get a lot of PFs, but this will be one of them!

By the way, how'd the unmasked head look? The 12" figure's 'likeness' is quite a bit off when compared to stills from the movie of him unmasked so I'm just hoping they've gotten more accurate since then. But if the clothes are any indication, then they certainly have improved accuracy.

I'm so glad I've been saving my reward points for a long time now. Over $200 by my last count so between those and the $10% NRD, I won't be paying much above shipping when this guy finally ships

Now I just hope he isn't a PPO so I can use those points!

It does look different from the 12". I'd say it's more accurate.

On one hand his name means 'bad', and on the other he's horribly disliked. Either way, he somehow seems to be a well beloved Captain.

Oh, you're painting Hawk huh? I guess you can put to rest the debate that is just a Duke head there then. Or are you painting the mystery guy in the back there? Or both?

I'm loving all of the love Sideshow has been showing you lately. I just wish you could tell us more about them and earlier

It seems everyboy is convinced the teaser is of Hawk, and the hint "flown in" would support that, so I will go ahead and settle it. Yes, that's Hawk.

I know who the guy in the back is, but can't say yet. People in the G.I. Joe section have good eyes and good guesses though.

Excellent job on Norton. Your eyes really stand out on that one. Nice job. I also like the way you did the bruising, very realistic. Very few have done that accurately. I cant recall but was his facial hair that dark in the film?
