Trudat I was just about to say that....

...or the Morgul Lord LSB for $250.
i think this thread should be re-named. We should post ebay finds that are still active that are a great deal, but not something you are interested in. They'll probably all be closed by the time we look at them, but oh wells
Problem with that is that if you start posting "cheap" live auctions before bidding has ended, they will no longer end cheap. BIN's sure, but start posting auctions and some people won't appreciate it.
poop...
fart.
Thanks Bodie......I mean Rory.
Nice, they might be neighbors by now...
Not to "mooch" off of the Statue Forums ideas, but they have an ongoing thread about awesome deals that sold on Ebay. I can't remember the title of the thread off the top of my head, but everytime a good deal ends, people post the link, and then members can comment, etc., etc.
But like Mesa was saying, posting links of live auctions will almost certainly ruin the "good deal." You have to take into consideration too that non-members can also view these threads as well. So once you post a live auction link, it's literally free advertising for the world.
If you're a seller, you can post your item in the "auction/for sale" thread (and by all means), but if you're not the seller, I personally don't want people posting live auction links because it may be a piece I'm extremely interested in. Or if you know of someone who's interested in some piece that you found on Ebay, then PM them. I remember a thread a while back when a member posted a link to a live auction with no reserve and pandamonium broke out, as a few members were already watching the auction and were upset because now the "world" knew about the auction.
To make a long story short, I feel post the link AFTER the auction ends, NOT BEFORE.
so please DON'T POST LIVE AUCTIONS, unless it is you own
i think your ok on this one, firstly i don't believe that there are any steatlh knock offs on the market YET. other than that, the painted cracks on the base look proper, and the raised arm elevation also looks correct.
unless someone else on here can pin point something i'm missing then you should be ready to go and bid away.
I've read in many places that SIM comiquettets knock offs have been sold, how do you distinguish good from fake.
I found this one and thought of no better place to ask for an expertise advice on this...so what do you think guys...it looks pretty good or isnt it??

Opinions are much appreciated..thanks
