Yea unfortunately the Slaughter head is in scale with the rest of the Joe's as being just a smidge bigger than Duke, which I believe he would be in any scale or in RL. The best bodies with the thicker neck work the best like T-800 and Ross/Whiplash and the new Kaustic soon to be released.
I could do a shrink on it but it wouldn't be that cost advantage on your end for paying on a new mold, shrink resin, etc... Also the sculpt was made to fit the Sgt. Burns hat, that might be a whole undertaking on finding a new smaller Sgt. hat as well, I'm not sure if anything out there is better quality than the current hats I've been using for Sarge. I think my camera does that sort of illusion deal as well where it's makes everything even more so top heavy whenever in hand it's pretty nice on the T-800. This pic below is more accurate representation of what it looks like in hand.
That being said, I could possible shave some off the chin on a recast and resculpt it to be smaller if that would help you out any?
