Lol skin colour aside I fail to see how they could reconstruct a face of a guy who's bones will never be found.... Cause he's still alive

Great paint as always here, but who is this one? I see a little Hepburn but I'm not sure that's it. I'm assuming it's the "Burnett" in the title?
