Later-in-life chromosomal butt-dials is all they are. Think of them as incoherent drunk text messages from an ex: you just want to get rid of them, even if t hurts a little.

I wondered why my grandmother had flaps of skin on her neck for so long. Then I got old and noticed my own tiny flap developing one day.

Put some ice on those suckers, numb, then put some nail clippers to them. That's what I've done.
