sleep problems?

I work a normal 9-5 job. Actually, I should be in to work by 8-8:30 at the latest. So my schedule is to stop doing whatever it is I'm doing around 10:30-11:00 and go to bed.

But here's the problem. I inevtiably stop by the old PC on my way to bed and check the freak show and don't end up going to bed till at least 1-2 hours later, well after 12:30. That reduces my required 7-8 hours of sleep to just 6... or less.

Is it just me?

Yeah its 4:29 am here. Trust me your not the only one who can't get enough of the Freak Show! This site just rocks!! :chew

Let me tell you, 5-6 hrs of sleep is a good day. I work graveyard man and good sleep is hard to come by....
