Still the peak of my collection.

:clap Your sculpt is one of my favorite Jokers I painted. It just all came together nicely and looks kick a$$ on your shelf. Oh and yes yours was the first hair line gap I got rid of. :hi5:

Removing the gap really does wonders doesn't it?

Love your work brother, will send you another sculpt ASAP!

Re: Small_Studios Figure Gallery

What is this "gap" talk?

It's what I asked Josh to do when he painted my sculpt, I wanted to do it myself before sending it, but forgot to when I posted it. A very easy sculpting job, just a little clay between the ugly hairline gap.

Here's what I mean:

EDIT: Also, the prototype sculpt did not have the ugly hairline gap.

Re: Small_Studios Figure Gallery

It's good to see my Interrogation Room Joker pictures again. This is my favorite Josh paint job out of the 11 he's done for me. Thank you so much Josh for making all those figures come to life.

Gosh it doesn't even seem like 11 and there are still more to come. The thing I always liked about your Joker Richard was the paint makeup. I enjoyed trying to replicate that worn messy look. Yours and eczamurai's are among my favorites. Glad I could be apart of your bashes. :duff

Very gifted man you are Josh.

Will send you something to play with asap!

Let me know what you have in mind. I will be opening up the doors fully for commissions once I post another update or two. :panic:

Re: Small_Studios Figure Gallery

I've been waiting months for either you or Silent Surfer to open your doors to new commissions, I feel you are both equally skilled with a paintbrush.

When you are ready... How would you feel about painting up my Abbott and Costello heads?

Thanks! Thats what I enjoyed most about those Jokers. His makeup throughout the whole film was changing constantly. It was a fun challenge to replicate each specific scene.

As for the next update I will give you a hint........pointy ears:monkey3

Re: Small_Studios Figure Gallery

truly captivating... the eyes must have required some painstaking patience...

Thanks Darkarn. The whole sculpt required alot of patience. Eyes are very important as well. Probably the most important part of the sculpt besides likeness. Obi was def a challenge and I wanted to load as much detail into the sculpt as possible.
